📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the sorting process of palm fruits using advanced sorting machines and manual methods, ensuring high-quality output.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of sorting equipment, identifying and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with the Sortase team to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of daily production reports.
• Support the team in achieving production targets and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the palm oil industry.
• Familiarity with palm oil processing equipment and technology.
• Strong understanding of quality control and sorting processes.
