Lead Project Architect - Full Time

You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs, reviewing and approving construction drawings, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. With your leadership and expertise, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and the built environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Create detailed architectural designs and drawings, incorporating client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to construction teams to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor project progress to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with the design and architecture team to ensure consistency and coherence in architectural designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project architecture.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to the construction industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
