📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Acquire and onboard new EDC merchants, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing merchant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Conduct merchant training sessions, ensuring they are fully equipped to use and benefit from our EDC solutions.
• Monitor merchant performance, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their business goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive EDC acquisition and growth.
• Analyze merchant data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the EDC and financial technology sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on acquiring and onboarding new merchants.
• Strong understanding of the EDC and financial technology industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
