📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets financial targets and maintains profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
