📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
