As an Accounting Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed, including data analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international standards (IFRS).
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
