📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and analyze sales data to track performance metrics and identify trends.
• Use Salesforce and Excel to streamline processes, automate reporting, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide actionable insights to the sales team to help them achieve their targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, coordination, and event planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Excel, with experience in data management and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Salesforce or a related field is a plus.
