GRID Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during events and banquets. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and wants to make a difference in the guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities,Provide excellent customer service to guests during events,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of banquet areas,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages,Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality,Follow all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
