📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and guest management.,Work closely with the event planning team to ensure all details are covered and executed flawlessly.,Greet and assist guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience throughout the event.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Manage the budget for each event, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated amount.,Coordinate with catering and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service during the event.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure our clients are satisfied with the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet staff or event planning roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs, as well as the ability to adapt to different client preferences.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus, but not required.
