📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.
