• Lead and manage the optimization of customs processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to streamline customs operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in customs processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of customs processes with overall supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill staff on new customs systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customs operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in the customs and logistics industry to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the customs operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in customs operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of international customs regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Experience working in a global logistics company is a significant advantage.
