PT Cakrawala Emas is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle vehicle scheduling and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to various departments.,Manage and process vehicle-related documents, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate for vehicle services and maintenance.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members regarding vehicle-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
