Dipo Star Finance is looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for technology. Experience in the Operating Lease System is a plus.

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions,Develop and maintain business requirements documentation,Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback,Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals,Monitor and report on system performance and user satisfaction,Identify and recommend new technologies or tools to improve efficiency,Provide training and support to end-users

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong understanding of business operations and processes,Experience with Operating Lease System is a plus,Proficiency in English both written and spoken,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Experience with project management tools and methodologies,Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
