📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the camp.,Coordinate with staff to ensure all activities run smoothly.,Monitor and maintain camp facilities and equipment.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage camp schedules and ensure timely execution of activities.,Handle camp logistics including transportation and accommodation.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with outdoor and camping activities is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
