CV Raya Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Counter to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. As the Lead Sales Counter, you will be responsible for managing our sales counter operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the sales counter, including inventory management and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective sales operations.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area to enhance customer experience.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
