📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental sales.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
