📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Prepare and manage kitchen inventory and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Implement and maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitation protocols.,Participate in menu planning and cost control activities.,Handle kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

🛠️ Keahlian
