📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report findings to management.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.,Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
