📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.,Monitor and maintain clinic finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all dental and health regulations and standards.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and technology.,Proven track record of successfully managing dental clinics and improving patient satisfaction.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
