📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and that all inventory is managed efficiently.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that the restaurant operates within financial constraints.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving sales performance.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
