📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update customer records and order history.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Prepare and process invoices and payment receipts.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales order taking role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations in Bali.
