📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and guidance to management and other departments as needed.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
