The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
