📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of agent support specialists to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the support team.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues and challenges.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support activities and team performance.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve support processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer support or agent support environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant support tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali.
