📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable with precision, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• Verify and reconcile guest statements, ensuring all charges are accurately reflected and paid.
• Monitor and track outstanding receivables, implementing effective collection strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements, working closely with the Assistant Director of Finance.
• Provide support to the finance team in the implementation of new accounting procedures and systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, income reconciliation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Oracle Hyperion.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
