📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive motor financing applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and manage marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Provide excellent customer service and support to loan applicants
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to ensure loan approvals are processed efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
