📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and negotiate commercial lease agreements for premium office spaces
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure timely maintenance and compliance
- Maintain and update lease databases using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and present lease renewal proposals to stakeholders
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve lease-related issues
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis for lease pricing
- Support the Lease Manager in developing and implementing leasing strategies
- Stay updated on local and national real estate regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Familiarity with Indonesian commercial real estate market
- Certification in commercial leasing or property management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
