Operations & Production Sub-Department Head - Packaging Plant

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of the packaging plant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules
• Lead and mentor a team of production and operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Implement and monitor production processes using industry-leading software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols to protect employees and equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the packaging plant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and production management, with a focus on packaging or manufacturing industries
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
